Tim Samuels is a licensed loan officer specializing in residential lending. He’s the first person you’ll meet when you start your loan application and he’ll deliver the final “thank you” at the end of your experience. Tim grew up in the Central Kitsap area and graduated high school from CKHS. From there, he felt he needed to travel and grow up so he joined the Marine Corps. He grew up really fast. Tim enjoyed his time in the Marines and won achievements as the top machine gunner in the 1st Marine Division, and was meritoriously promoted twice in his four years. He was stationed in both Yorktown, VA, as well as Twentynine Palms, CA, with a 6-month deployment to Japan and Korea.

After the Marine Corps, Tim moved back to his hometown to be closer to his mom (“Nana” as most people know her). He sold new cars at Haselwood Buick for 5 years and won achievements there, as well. He was recognized as being ranked #435 out of over 35,000 sales people nationally.

Tim was recruited into mortgage lending by a client that he sold a new pickup truck to, and the rest, they say, is history. He has strived to build his business on being known for doing the right things for his clients, great communication, and closing on time as promised®. Tim enjoys his career and likes to see people meet their goals of purchasing, refinancing, investing, remodeling or even building!
